This agreement is a legal contract between you and Songshu VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation and use of the mobile VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use. You may not copy, modify or misuse the App or associated trademarks without authorization, nor may you extract source code by reverse engineering, translate app text or create derivative versions. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust functions or service fees and will provide appropriate notice. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may reduce security and affect App functionality.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for inability to use the service caused by unpaid device accounts, data limits, weak signal or third-party network failures. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If you use roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable plan, resulting charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. For example, service interruption caused by a depleted battery, system restrictions or poor account management is not covered by compensation. Although we work to provide accurate route and node information, some data may come from third-party partners; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect losses arising from such data. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary.
